Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

When you sign up for a Reseller Account with Intra Tech Assoc. Inc., an email containing the Account details will be sent to you. The Account details include a numeric code known as Personal Identification Number (PIN). The PIN will also be listed in the Reseller Profile Details view, which can be accessed from the Settings -> Personal Information -> Primary Profile menu within your Reseller Control Panel. Intra Tech Assoc. Inc. may request you to authenticate yourself through this PIN, when you request support.

You can easily modify your Personal Identification Number (PIN) by following the below process:

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel from http://intr88085.myorderbox.com/reseller.
     
  2. Go to Settings -> Change Personal Identification Number (PIN).
     
  3. Mention the following details and save the change by clicking the Change PIN button:
     
    • Set Your New PIN: Enter a new PIN.
       
      IMPORTANT

      You need to consider the following, in relation with your Personal Identification Number (PIN):

      • The PIN should consist of 4 numeric characters.
         
      • Change the PIN on a regular basis.
         
      • Avoid using a PIN that contains personal information (social security number, birth date, etc.).
         
      • Avoid using repeating (1111) or sequential (1234) numbers.
         
      • Do not disclose your PIN to any unauthorized person.
         
      • A Company User under your Reseller Account can view the Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the Reseller Profile Details view, if you have enabled access to the Settings -> Personal Information menu for that specific type of Company User.

        A Company User can also change the Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the Settings -> Change Personal Identification Number (PIN) menu, access to which is enabled by default for all types of Company Users. You may disable access to this menu, if desired.

    • Confirm New PIN: Enter the same PIN you mentioned above in the Set Your New PIN field.
